• with biocompatible nano-fluorapatite fillers
• with remineralising character
• the remineralisation depends on a chemical exchange of calcium-, fluoride- and phosphations between the ApaLife filling material and the toothstructure
• remineralising leads to a recristallisation of the apatite containing toothstructure
• fluoride release of the ApaLife filling material leads to an incorporation of the fluoride ions into the hexagonal apatit matrix
• therefore the acid solubility of the cristallites on the contact surfaces between tooth structure and filling material is reduced
• anti-bacteriological character of the fluoride ions amplifies further on the caries protection
• excellent abrasion resistance
• very high mechanical strength
• low shrinkage
• not sticky and very good mouldable
• indicated for classes III-V
• radioopaque
• good esthetics and good colour stability
