Nano-Fluorapatite- Composites - ApaLife FILL ApaLife FLOW re-mineralising tooth filling materials - biocompatibility par excellence
ApaLife FILL and ApaLife FLOW are both composites with biocompatible nano-fluorapatite fillers. ApaLife filling materials have re-mineralising characteristics. The re-mineralising depends on a chemical exchange of fluorapatite-, calcium, fluoride- and phosphate ions between the ApaLife filling material and the tooth. As a result such a re-mineralising leads to a re-crystallisation of the apatite containing toothstructure. Because of the fluoride release of the ApaLife filling materials and the incorporation of the fluoride ions at the same time into the hexagonal apatite matrix, the acid solubility of the crystallites on the surfaces betweeen toothstructure and restorative material is reduced. Additionally the anti-bacteriological character of the fluoride ions amplifies the caries protection. ApaLife FLOW and ApaLife FILL show excellent abrasion resistances and very high mechanical strengths and compa-rable to commercial composites lower shrinkages. ApaLife FILL is easy to handle, it is not sticky and is very mould-able. ApaLife FILL is indicated for classes I-V and ApaLife FLOW?for classes III-V. Both composites are radioopaque. The excellent esthetic corresponds with an excellent shade stability. The mouldable ApaLife FILL is delivered in 3,5 g syringes and in 0,3 g tips. The flowable ApaLife FLOW is available in 2 ml-syringes with application cannulas and also in single dose tips. | All ApaLife-products are delivered in shades corresponding to the VITA*-reference. Temporary cementation - ZAKK with non-eugenol (NE) ZnO-cement ZAKK is an automatically mixing, non-eugenol cement for the cementation of temporary crowns and bridges. ZAKK is based on zinc-oxid and organic acids and shows an esthetical neutral, universal shade. ZAKK shows a stepwise and an optimal adhesion without any loss of retention. At the same time it can be removed easily from the prepared tooth. The eugenol-free ZAKK does not influence in any way the hardening of definitive light-cure -, auto-cure - or dual-cure composite cements or composite materials. ZAKK is delivered with angled Intra-Oral-Tips for a precise application. The setting time is about 2-3 min, Order-No.: ZKS2070. METAL-BITE GOLD
universal, scanable CAD/CAM antagonist registration material with excellent contrast and improved SCAN-precision
METAL-BITE GOLD is the improvement of the universal, scanable, thixotropic and extremely fast registration material METAL-BITE. | It shows an excellent scanability (CAD/CAM Impression Technology). In the scope of an antagonist registration for example with CEREC-systems of SIRONA the powder-free taken CAD/ CAM-photo shows an excellent contrast, so that fine morphologically details can be visualized with highest precision. METAL-BITE GOLD can be used as an universal registration material for normal occlusal registrations and also for the biteplate in the scope of the face-bow-registration. The working time guarantees an easy application within about 25 s, the oral hardening time is about 35 s. The Shore-A-hardness is about 94 and results in an excellent base of high dimension stability. The polymerized registration can be reduced with normal instruments and has excellent cutting and milling properties. The high lattice constant inhibits easy breaking or crumbling. METAL-BITE GOLD is delivered in a commercial safety cartridge system and contains 2 cartridges plus 12 mixing cannulas, Order-No.: MBK0750. ARROW TRAXX - Individualizations with a light-cure model-composite ARROW?TRAXX is a light-cure model-composite for universal dental and manifold dental technical applications. ARROW?TRAXX can be used to extend impression trays distal, three point stops, bite walls, temporary reparations of dentures and so on. ARROW TRAXX can be hardened in a commercial light-curing box. ARROW TRAXX is delivered in a light-protected, economical 200 g-pot, Order-No.: ATR2150. |
